Welcome to MythBorn Builds
At MythBorn Builds, we believe a great collectible is more than a product. It’s a piece of the stories, heroes and worlds that fans love.
We created MythBorn Builds to make it easier for collectors to discover and buy statues, dioramas and action figures online. Our goal is to offer a convenient shopping experience where you can browse our collection, understand what you’re buying, and order with confidence.
Our store features a growing selection of collectible statues, dioramas and figures inspired by popular games, comics and animated series, for collectors, fans, and anyone looking for a standout gift.
What We Do
MythBorn Builds is an online collectibles store operated through our website, mythbornbuilds.com.
We select products for our online collection and provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, shipping information, and applicable return and refund terms before they place an order.
Our aim is to keep our product listings clear and useful so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
We are continually expanding our collection as we discover new pieces and categories that we believe collectors will enjoy.
Our Products
Our collection includes a variety of collectibles made for display.
Depending on availability, our collection may include:
- Collectible statues
- Battle dioramas and scene pieces
- Action figures
- Character figures inspired by games, comics and animated series
- Display pieces suitable for gifting
Because our collection is continuously being updated, products, designs, colors, quantities, and availability may change over time.
Every product page provides the relevant product details available to us, including product specifications, pricing, and other information that customers should review before purchasing.
Our products are collectibles intended for display by adult collectors. They may contain small parts and are not intended for children under 14.
Our Commitment to Customers
We want every customer to have a straightforward and transparent shopping experience.
Before purchasing, customers can review the product description, available options, price, shipping information, and our applicable store policies.
We also understand that customers may have questions before or after placing an order. Our customer support is available to help with questions regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and other store-related concerns.
If you have a question about a product or an order, please contact us by email at mythbornbuilds@gmail.com.
Safe and Secure Shopping
We take reasonable steps to provide a secure online shopping experience.
Orders placed through our website are processed through Shopify’s secure ecommerce infrastructure, and available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
We do not ask customers to provide unnecessary payment information through email or unofficial communication channels.
For your security, please complete purchases only through our official website:
Careful Packaging and Shipping
Statues and figures are fragile, so we pack each order with protective padding and a sturdy outer box to help it arrive safely.
When an order is placed, we process it according to the availability and fulfillment information provided on the product page and our Shipping Policy.
Shipping times can vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances that may affect transportation.
Customers should review our Shipping Policy before completing a purchase for the most current information regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to feel comfortable when shopping with MythBorn Builds.
If a customer needs to request a return or refund, the request will be handled according to our current Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the applicable requirements, time limits, conditions, and process for requesting a return or refund. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the steps in that policy.
Customers should review that policy before making a purchase and contact us if they have questions about an existing order.
Transparent Business Information
We believe that customers should know who they are purchasing from and how they can contact the business.
MythBorn Builds provides business and customer-support information through our website, including our contact email and store policies.
We aim to keep our business information, product information, pricing, availability, shipping information, and policies accurate and up to date.
If any information on our website changes, we work to update the relevant information so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
